Meditation for Sleep

This session is designed for one purpose: to help you let go of the day and drift into a deep, restorative sleep.

Unlike our other meditation practices, your goal here is not to focus your attention. It is to release it. Join our founder, David, as he guides you through a gentle body scan, inviting every part of you, from head to toe, to soften, grow heavy, and relax.

There is nothing you need to do and no way to get this wrong. This is simply an invitation to get comfortable and allow the day to melt away. The audio is designed to gently fade out, leaving you to continue sinking and drifting all the way into a peaceful night's rest.
